澳洲IML(The Institute of Managers and Leaders)職業(yè)評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu),原名AIM(Australian Institute of Management),主要負(fù)責(zé)高級(jí)管理類職位的評(píng)估,另外還負(fù)責(zé)485留學(xué)生臨時(shí)簽證的學(xué)歷評(píng)估。

IML職業(yè)評(píng)估要求
IML只負(fù)責(zé)高級(jí)管理職位的評(píng)估,對(duì)學(xué)歷、雅思無要求,所以可以先提交職業(yè)評(píng)估申請(qǐng),申請(qǐng)過程中備考雅思,來節(jié)省時(shí)間。IML職業(yè)評(píng)估最核心的是需要有高級(jí)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)(即使是企業(yè)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),如果沒有實(shí)際的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)也無法申請(qǐng)IML評(píng)估)。申請(qǐng)人不能同時(shí)申請(qǐng)2個(gè)以上職業(yè),Andy提醒申請(qǐng)人遞交申請(qǐng)一定要注意選擇自己最合適的職業(yè)去評(píng)估。
111111 首席執(zhí)行官或常務(wù)董事 Chief Executive or Managing Director 職業(yè)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
為符合CEO及常務(wù)董事的移民評(píng)估要求,申請(qǐng)者必須:
• 具有或曾有至少連續(xù)三年的高層管理經(jīng)驗(yàn); Have, or have held, a proven record of top management experience over a continuous period of at least three years
• 在任命為CEO/常務(wù)董事之前,有擔(dān)任公司總經(jīng)理或同等職位的高級(jí)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn); Have proven and successful experience in a top management position at the level of Corporate General Manager or equivalent prior to being appointed to the position of CEO/Managing Director
• 企業(yè)所有者;或直接向企業(yè)董事會(huì)匯報(bào);直接匯報(bào)給國家部長或國務(wù)卿,如果申請(qǐng)人在公共部門工作;或擔(dān)任高級(jí)管理顧問,為董事會(huì)級(jí)別的公司客戶提供建議; Be the owner of the business; or/ report directly to the Board of Directors of the business; or/ report directly to the relevant Minister/Secretary of State if the applicant works in the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing advice to client organisations at Board level
• 按董事會(huì)的規(guī)定,全面負(fù)責(zé)公司政策與策略目標(biāo)的執(zhí)行;Be wholly responsible for implementing the organisation’s policy and strategic objectives as defined by the Board
• 負(fù)責(zé)主要資產(chǎn)合并、收購或銷售的相關(guān)協(xié)商、策劃與指導(dǎo)洽談;Be responsible for negotiating, planning and directing negotiations related to mergers, acquisitions or the sale of major assets
• 負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃并執(zhí)行企業(yè)財(cái)政預(yù)算以實(shí)現(xiàn)董事會(huì)的任務(wù)與目標(biāo); Be responsible for designing and developing the organisation’s financial budgets to achieve Board priorities and objectives
• 設(shè)計(jì)公司的管理結(jié)構(gòu)以實(shí)現(xiàn)董事會(huì)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與宗旨; Ensure that the management organisation structure is designed to achieve the Board’s strategic aims and objectives
• 具備為向最高級(jí)運(yùn)營經(jīng)理分配職責(zé)的決策權(quán),并具備評(píng)估以下所提及的公司總經(jīng)理的資格。Have the decision making authority to delegate responsibility to the most senior operational manager who would be eligible for assessment as Corporate General Manager under the criteria outlined below
111211 公司總經(jīng)理 Corporate General Manager :
要滿足公司總經(jīng)理的移民評(píng)估要求,申請(qǐng)者必須:
• 具有或曾有至少連續(xù)三年的高層管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的證明記錄; Have, or have held, a proven record of top management experience over a continuous period of at least three years.
• 在任命為公司總經(jīng)理之前,具備公司某一職能部門的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn); Have proven and successful experience in a functional area of management prior to being appointed to the position of Corporate General Manager
• 目前擔(dān)任公司最高級(jí)的日常運(yùn)營職位;Currently hold the most senior day-to-day operational position within the organization
• 直接向CEO、常務(wù)董事、董事會(huì)或企業(yè)所有者報(bào)告;如果申請(qǐng)者在公共部門工作,或直接報(bào)告給部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo);或擔(dān)任高級(jí)管理顧問,為公司CEO、常務(wù)董事或董事會(huì)級(jí)別的客戶提供咨詢建議; Report directly to the CEO, Managing Director, Board of Directors or owner of the business; or/ report directly to the Head of Department if the applicant works in the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing consultancy advice to client organisations at CEO, Managing Director or Board level.

要滿足職能部門經(jīng)理(Senior Functional Manager?)的移民評(píng)估要求,申請(qǐng)者必須 :
• 在履行其職責(zé)的職能范圍內(nèi),擔(dān)任最高的管理職位; Hold the most senior management position within the applicant’s functional area of responsibility
• 直接向企業(yè)所有者、總經(jīng)理或CEO/常務(wù)董事匯報(bào);如果申請(qǐng)者在公共部門工作,則直接向該部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào);或擔(dān)任高級(jí)管理顧問,向公司總經(jīng)理及以上職位的客戶提供咨詢建議; Report directly to the owner of the business, Corporate General Manager or CEO/Managing Director; or/ report directly to the Department Head if the applicant works within the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing consultancy advice to client organisations at the level of Corporate General Manager or above

對(duì)于高級(jí)管理者的移民評(píng)估,企業(yè)的復(fù)雜性與規(guī)模將影響評(píng)估結(jié)果。企業(yè)越大,管理者的責(zé)任就越重。申請(qǐng)者通常需要不同職能范圍內(nèi)的各種高級(jí)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括具有對(duì)同為管理者級(jí)別的下屬的管理權(quán)。處于高級(jí)水平的經(jīng)理同時(shí)會(huì)擁有相當(dāng)高水平的自由決策權(quán)。
部分高級(jí)管理者,側(cè)重于管理為公司整體運(yùn)營服務(wù)的部門,同時(shí)需要將權(quán)利下放到履行特定相關(guān)職能的下屬經(jīng)理。在評(píng)估中,核心要素在于申請(qǐng)者自身以及向該申請(qǐng) 者匯報(bào)的下屬管理者的管理職責(zé)的廣度和深度。一個(gè)重要的依據(jù)就是公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖中顯示該申請(qǐng)者在管理許多直接向其匯報(bào)的經(jīng)理。
對(duì)于高級(jí)經(jīng)理的移民認(rèn)可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更清晰地說明申請(qǐng)者要負(fù)責(zé)與企業(yè)策略與政策執(zhí)行相關(guān)層面的一系列職責(zé)。
IML的評(píng)估基于對(duì)整個(gè)職業(yè)生涯的審核,但會(huì)側(cè)重于過去三年的經(jīng)歷,而每個(gè)崗位體現(xiàn)出一個(gè)持續(xù)的管理職責(zé)和權(quán)限的加大,會(huì)有利于評(píng)估通過。
IML評(píng)估費(fèi)用:
550澳幣
IML評(píng)估周期:
官方公布的正常審理周期是8周;可以申請(qǐng)加急,加急費(fèi)是200澳幣,加急的申請(qǐng)4周內(nèi)完成。不過如有補(bǔ)料,不論加急與否,周期都會(huì)延長。
IML評(píng)估有效期:
評(píng)估函的有效期是兩年,但是可以申請(qǐng)延期。如果申請(qǐng)人原來的IML評(píng)估函仍在兩年有效期內(nèi),可以向IML申請(qǐng)延期,最長可以延期12個(gè)月,申請(qǐng)人需要繳納80澳幣申請(qǐng)費(fèi),并填寫Extension Request Form,延期后的評(píng)估函再過期則需要重新遞交申請(qǐng)。如果申請(qǐng)人原來的IML評(píng)估函已經(jīng)過期的話,只能重新遞交新的申請(qǐng)。
IML評(píng)估申請(qǐng)流程
1. 準(zhǔn)備材料,然后通過國際快遞將紙質(zhì)材料寄往IML;
2. IML收到材料后,會(huì)根據(jù)申請(qǐng)人在IML申請(qǐng)表上所提供的信用卡信息進(jìn)行申請(qǐng)費(fèi)扣款;
3. 如果審理過程中需要補(bǔ)交材料,會(huì)收到電子郵件的補(bǔ)料信,一般補(bǔ)料可以直接通過電子郵件補(bǔ)交,如有必要補(bǔ)交紙質(zhì)材料,可以和IML確認(rèn);
4. 如果無需補(bǔ)料,一般會(huì)在官方說的8周的審理周期后收到電子郵件通知,郵件會(huì)附上IML評(píng)估函。
Andy提醒:IML評(píng)估之前都是通過紙質(zhì)材料遞交,受COVID-19疫情影響,遞交方式改變,目前不再接收通過快遞遞交的申請(qǐng)材料,可以通過email提交申請(qǐng)材料。申請(qǐng)材料準(zhǔn)備好之后可以發(fā)送給migration@managersandleaders.com.au,每個(gè)郵件的文件大小要限制在20MB以內(nèi),可發(fā)送多個(gè)郵件。文件必須是原件的清晰彩色掃描件,不需要由太平紳士或公證處認(rèn)證。

材料說明:
1. 材料為過去十年內(nèi)取得
2. 由中國機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的證書或者證明信須在中國公證處做中英文對(duì)照公證;由澳洲機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的證書或者證明信須持原件和復(fù)印件,在澳洲當(dāng)?shù)卣襃ustice of the Peace(太平紳士)在復(fù)印件上簽字。
3. 遞交給IML評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)的所有資料都不會(huì)退回給申請(qǐng)人,所以在遞交申請(qǐng)時(shí)不要遞交只能出具一份的原件,例如學(xué)歷證書原件。
