ANZSCO 1323 人力資源經(jīng)理技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組中大多數(shù)職業(yè)都要求具有與學(xué)士學(xué)位或更高資格相當(dāng)?shù)募寄芩?。五年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以代替正規(guī)資格要求。某些情況下,除了要求有正規(guī)資格還要求有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和在職培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷。(ANZSCO 1級(jí)水平)In Australia and New Zealand: Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

• 開發(fā)實(shí)施績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng),用于評(píng)價(jià)和提高個(gè)人與團(tuán)隊(duì)的表現(xiàn) developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance
• 代表組織與工會(huì)和員工談判,以確定薪酬和其他就業(yè)條件 representing the organisation in negotiations with unions and employees to determine remuneration and other conditions of employment
