澳洲IML（The Institute of Managers and Leaders）職業評估機構，原名AIM（Australian Institute of Management），主要負責高級管理類職位的評估，另外還負責485留學生臨時簽證的學歷評估。

IML職業評估要求
IML只負責高級管理職位的評估，對學歷、雅思無要求，所以可以先提交職業評估申請，申請過程中備考雅思，來節省時間。IML職業評估最核心的是需要有高級管理經驗（即使是企業管理相關專業畢業，如果沒有實際的管理經驗也無法申請IML評估）。申請人不能同時申請2個以上職業，Andy提醒申請人遞交申請一定要注意選擇自己最合適的職業去評估。
111111 首席執行官或常務董事 Chief Executive or Managing Director 職業評估標準：
為符合CEO及常務董事的移民評估要求，申請者必須：
• 具有或曾有至少連續三年的高層管理經驗； Have, or have held, a proven record of top management experience over a continuous period of at least three years
• 在任命為CEO/常務董事之前，有擔任公司總經理或同等職位的高級管理經驗； Have proven and successful experience in a top management position at the level of Corporate General Manager or equivalent prior to being appointed to the position of CEO/Managing Director
• 企業所有者；或直接向企業董事會匯報；直接匯報給國家部長或國務卿，如果申請人在公共部門工作；或擔任高級管理顧問，為董事會級別的公司客戶提供建議； Be the owner of the business; or/ report directly to the Board of Directors of the business; or/ report directly to the relevant Minister/Secretary of State if the applicant works in the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing advice to client organisations at Board level
• 按董事會的規定，全面負責公司政策與策略目標的執行；Be wholly responsible for implementing the organisation’s policy and strategic objectives as defined by the Board
• 負責主要資產合并、收購或銷售的相關協商、策劃與指導洽談；Be responsible for negotiating, planning and directing negotiations related to mergers, acquisitions or the sale of major assets
• 負責規劃并執行企業財政預算以實現董事會的任務與目標； Be responsible for designing and developing the organisation’s financial budgets to achieve Board priorities and objectives
• 設計公司的管理結構以實現董事會的戰略目標與宗旨； Ensure that the management organisation structure is designed to achieve the Board’s strategic aims and objectives
• 具備為向最高級運營經理分配職責的決策權，并具備評估以下所提及的公司總經理的資格。Have the decision making authority to delegate responsibility to the most senior operational manager who would be eligible for assessment as Corporate General Manager under the criteria outlined below
111211 公司總經理 Corporate General Manager ：
要滿足公司總經理的移民評估要求，申請者必須：
• 具有或曾有至少連續三年的高層管理經驗的證明記錄； Have, or have held, a proven record of top management experience over a continuous period of at least three years.
• 在任命為公司總經理之前，具備公司某一職能部門的管理經驗； Have proven and successful experience in a functional area of management prior to being appointed to the position of Corporate General Manager
• 目前擔任公司最高級的日常運營職位；Currently hold the most senior day-to-day operational position within the organization
• 直接向CEO、常務董事、董事會或企業所有者報告；如果申請者在公共部門工作，或直接報告給部門領導；或擔任高級管理顧問，為公司CEO、常務董事或董事會級別的客戶提供咨詢建議； Report directly to the CEO, Managing Director, Board of Directors or owner of the business; or/ report directly to the Head of Department if the applicant works in the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing consultancy advice to client organisations at CEO, Managing Director or Board level.
• 具備委派權力來管理與實現該企業的財政預算與產出；Have delegated authority for managing and achieving the organisation’s financial budgets and outcomes
• 對大部分職能具有決策權，并授權與下屬經理，該類經理具備評估為高級職能經理的資格，如下：Have the decision making authority over a wide range of responsibilities through delegation to several subordinate managers who would be eligible for assessment as a senior functional manager under the criteria outlined below

要滿足職能部門經理（Senior Functional Manager?）的移民評估要求，申請者必須 ：
• 在履行其職責的職能范圍內，擔任最高的管理職位； Hold the most senior management position within the applicant’s functional area of responsibility
• 直接向企業所有者、總經理或CEO/常務董事匯報；如果申請者在公共部門工作，則直接向該部門的領導匯報；或擔任高級管理顧問，向公司總經理及以上職位的客戶提供咨詢建議； Report directly to the owner of the business, Corporate General Manager or CEO/Managing Director; or/ report directly to the Department Head if the applicant works within the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing consultancy advice to client organisations at the level of Corporate General Manager or above
• 對行使行政，財務，數據采集及公共關系的下屬經理實行職能權力下放，并具有最終決策權； Have the final decision making responsibility through the delegation of functional authority to several subordinate managers in a range of broader responsibilities such as administration, finance, data gathering and public relations
• 全面履行在該企業內的職能責任； Be wholly responsible for achieving his/her functional responsibilities within the organization
• 在成為最高職能經理前，具備多方面的管理經驗。 Have had a proven and successful experience in a broad range of managerial responsibilities prior to being appointed to the top functional position
對于高級管理者的移民評估，企業的復雜性與規模將影響評估結果。企業越大，管理者的責任就越重。申請者通常需要不同職能范圍內的各種高級管理經驗，包括具有對同為管理者級別的下屬的管理權。處于高級水平的經理同時會擁有相當高水平的自由決策權。
部分高級管理者，側重于管理為公司整體運營服務的部門，同時需要將權利下放到履行特定相關職能的下屬經理。在評估中，核心要素在于申請者自身以及向該申請 者匯報的下屬管理者的管理職責的廣度和深度。一個重要的依據就是公司的組織結構圖中顯示該申請者在管理許多直接向其匯報的經理。
對于高級經理的移民認可標準更清晰地說明申請者要負責與企業策略與政策執行相關層面的一系列職責。
IML的評估基于對整個職業生涯的審核，但會側重于過去三年的經歷，而每個崗位體現出一個持續的管理職責和權限的加大，會有利于評估通過。
IML評估費用：
550澳幣
IML評估周期：
官方公布的正常審理周期是8周；可以申請加急，加急費是200澳幣，加急的申請4周內完成。不過如有補料，不論加急與否，周期都會延長。
IML評估有效期：
評估函的有效期是兩年，但是可以申請延期。如果申請人原來的IML評估函仍在兩年有效期內，可以向IML申請延期，最長可以延期12個月，申請人需要繳納80澳幣申請費，并填寫Extension Request Form，延期后的評估函再過期則需要重新遞交申請。如果申請人原來的IML評估函已經過期的話，只能重新遞交新的申請。
IML評估申請流程
1. 準備材料，然后通過國際快遞將紙質材料寄往IML;
2. IML收到材料后，會根據申請人在IML申請表上所提供的信用卡信息進行申請費扣款;
3. 如果審理過程中需要補交材料，會收到電子郵件的補料信，一般補料可以直接通過電子郵件補交，如有必要補交紙質材料，可以和IML確認;
4. 如果無需補料，一般會在官方說的8周的審理周期后收到電子郵件通知，郵件會附上IML評估函。
Andy提醒：IML評估之前都是通過紙質材料遞交，受COVID-19疫情影響，遞交方式改變，目前不再接收通過快遞遞交的申請材料，可以通過email提交申請材料。申請材料準備好之后可以發送給migration@managersandleaders.com.au，每個郵件的文件大小要限制在20MB以內，可發送多個郵件。文件必須是原件的清晰彩色掃描件，不需要由太平紳士或公證處認證。

材料說明：
1. 材料為過去十年內取得
2. 由中國機構頒發的證書或者證明信須在中國公證處做中英文對照公證；由澳洲機構頒發的證書或者證明信須持原件和復印件，在澳洲當地找Justice of the Peace（太平紳士）在復印件上簽字。
3. 遞交給IML評估機構的所有資料都不會退回給申請人，所以在遞交申請時不要遞交只能出具一份的原件，例如學歷證書原件。
