IML職業(yè)評估要求
IML只負(fù)責(zé)高級管理職位的評估，對學(xué)歷、雅思無要求，所以可以先提交職業(yè)評估申請，申請過程中備考雅思，來節(jié)省時間。IML職業(yè)評估最核心的是需要有高級管理經(jīng)驗（即使是企業(yè)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，如果沒有實際的管理經(jīng)驗也無法申請IML評估）。申請人不能同時申請2個以上職業(yè)，Andy提醒申請人遞交申請一定要注意選擇自己最合適的職業(yè)去評估。
111111 首席執(zhí)行官或常務(wù)董事 Chief Executive or Managing Director 職業(yè)評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
為符合CEO及常務(wù)董事的移民評估要求，申請者必須：
• 具有或曾有至少連續(xù)三年的高層管理經(jīng)驗； Have, or have held, a proven record of top management experience over a continuous period of at least three years
• 在任命為CEO/常務(wù)董事之前，有擔(dān)任公司總經(jīng)理或同等職位的高級管理經(jīng)驗； Have proven and successful experience in a top management position at the level of Corporate General Manager or equivalent prior to being appointed to the position of CEO/Managing Director
• 企業(yè)所有者；或直接向企業(yè)董事會匯報；直接匯報給國家部長或國務(wù)卿，如果申請人在公共部門工作；或擔(dān)任高級管理顧問，為董事會級別的公司客戶提供建議； Be the owner of the business; or/ report directly to the Board of Directors of the business; or/ report directly to the relevant Minister/Secretary of State if the applicant works in the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing advice to client organisations at Board level
• 按董事會的規(guī)定，全面負(fù)責(zé)公司政策與策略目標(biāo)的執(zhí)行；Be wholly responsible for implementing the organisation’s policy and strategic objectives as defined by the Board
• 負(fù)責(zé)主要資產(chǎn)合并、收購或銷售的相關(guān)協(xié)商、策劃與指導(dǎo)洽談；Be responsible for negotiating, planning and directing negotiations related to mergers, acquisitions or the sale of major assets
• 負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃并執(zhí)行企業(yè)財政預(yù)算以實現(xiàn)董事會的任務(wù)與目標(biāo)； Be responsible for designing and developing the organisation’s financial budgets to achieve Board priorities and objectives
• 設(shè)計公司的管理結(jié)構(gòu)以實現(xiàn)董事會的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與宗旨； Ensure that the management organisation structure is designed to achieve the Board’s strategic aims and objectives
• 具備為向最高級運營經(jīng)理分配職責(zé)的決策權(quán)，并具備評估以下所提及的公司總經(jīng)理的資格。Have the decision making authority to delegate responsibility to the most senior operational manager who would be eligible for assessment as Corporate General Manager under the criteria outlined below
111211 公司總經(jīng)理 Corporate General Manager ：
要滿足公司總經(jīng)理的移民評估要求，申請者必須：
• 具有或曾有至少連續(xù)三年的高層管理經(jīng)驗的證明記錄； Have, or have held, a proven record of top management experience over a continuous period of at least three years.
• 在任命為公司總經(jīng)理之前，具備公司某一職能部門的管理經(jīng)驗； Have proven and successful experience in a functional area of management prior to being appointed to the position of Corporate General Manager
• 目前擔(dān)任公司最高級的日常運營職位；Currently hold the most senior day-to-day operational position within the organization
• 直接向CEO、常務(wù)董事、董事會或企業(yè)所有者報告；如果申請者在公共部門工作，或直接報告給部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；或擔(dān)任高級管理顧問，為公司CEO、常務(wù)董事或董事會級別的客戶提供咨詢建議； Report directly to the CEO, Managing Director, Board of Directors or owner of the business; or/ report directly to the Head of Department if the applicant works in the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing consultancy advice to client organisations at CEO, Managing Director or Board level.

要滿足職能部門經(jīng)理（Senior Functional Manager?）的移民評估要求，申請者必須 ：
• 在履行其職責(zé)的職能范圍內(nèi)，擔(dān)任最高的管理職位； Hold the most senior management position within the applicant’s functional area of responsibility
• 直接向企業(yè)所有者、總經(jīng)理或CEO/常務(wù)董事匯報；如果申請者在公共部門工作，則直接向該部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報；或擔(dān)任高級管理顧問，向公司總經(jīng)理及以上職位的客戶提供咨詢建議； Report directly to the owner of the business, Corporate General Manager or CEO/Managing Director; or/ report directly to the Department Head if the applicant works within the public sector; or/ be a senior management consultant providing consultancy advice to client organisations at the level of Corporate General Manager or above

• 在成為最高職能經(jīng)理前，具備多方面的管理經(jīng)驗。 Have had a proven and successful experience in a broad range of managerial responsibilities prior to being appointed to the top functional position
對于高級管理者的移民評估，企業(yè)的復(fù)雜性與規(guī)模將影響評估結(jié)果。企業(yè)越大，管理者的責(zé)任就越重。申請者通常需要不同職能范圍內(nèi)的各種高級管理經(jīng)驗，包括具有對同為管理者級別的下屬的管理權(quán)。處于高級水平的經(jīng)理同時會擁有相當(dāng)高水平的自由決策權(quán)。
部分高級管理者，側(cè)重于管理為公司整體運營服務(wù)的部門，同時需要將權(quán)利下放到履行特定相關(guān)職能的下屬經(jīng)理。在評估中，核心要素在于申請者自身以及向該申請 者匯報的下屬管理者的管理職責(zé)的廣度和深度。一個重要的依據(jù)就是公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖中顯示該申請者在管理許多直接向其匯報的經(jīng)理。
對于高級經(jīng)理的移民認(rèn)可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更清晰地說明申請者要負(fù)責(zé)與企業(yè)策略與政策執(zhí)行相關(guān)層面的一系列職責(zé)。
IML的評估基于對整個職業(yè)生涯的審核，但會側(cè)重于過去三年的經(jīng)歷，而每個崗位體現(xiàn)出一個持續(xù)的管理職責(zé)和權(quán)限的加大，會有利于評估通過。
IML評估費用：
550澳幣
IML評估周期：
官方公布的正常審理周期是8周；可以申請加急，加急費是200澳幣，加急的申請4周內(nèi)完成。不過如有補料，不論加急與否，周期都會延長。
IML評估有效期：
評估函的有效期是兩年，但是可以申請延期。如果申請人原來的IML評估函仍在兩年有效期內(nèi)，可以向IML申請延期，最長可以延期12個月，申請人需要繳納80澳幣申請費，并填寫Extension Request Form，延期后的評估函再過期則需要重新遞交申請。如果申請人原來的IML評估函已經(jīng)過期的話，只能重新遞交新的申請。
IML評估申請流程
1. 準(zhǔn)備材料，然后通過國際快遞將紙質(zhì)材料寄往IML;
2. IML收到材料后，會根據(jù)申請人在IML申請表上所提供的信用卡信息進(jìn)行申請費扣款;
3. 如果審理過程中需要補交材料，會收到電子郵件的補料信，一般補料可以直接通過電子郵件補交，如有必要補交紙質(zhì)材料，可以和IML確認(rèn);
4. 如果無需補料，一般會在官方說的8周的審理周期后收到電子郵件通知，郵件會附上IML評估函。
Andy提醒：IML評估之前都是通過紙質(zhì)材料遞交，受COVID-19疫情影響，遞交方式改變，目前不再接收通過快遞遞交的申請材料，可以通過email提交申請材料。申請材料準(zhǔn)備好之后可以發(fā)送給migration@managersandleaders.com.au，每個郵件的文件大小要限制在20MB以內(nèi)，可發(fā)送多個郵件。文件必須是原件的清晰彩色掃描件，不需要由太平紳士或公證處認(rèn)證。

6. 如果是公司所有者或者是公司經(jīng)理：提供公司自成立以來的收入情況和員工配置的詳細(xì)情況，文件須含董事名冊，股東名冊，公司注冊證明及其他相關(guān)證明。

材料說明：
1. 材料為過去十年內(nèi)取得
2. 由中國機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的證書或者證明信須在中國公證處做中英文對照公證；由澳洲機構(gòu)頒發(fā)的證書或者證明信須持原件和復(fù)印件，在澳洲當(dāng)?shù)卣襃ustice of the Peace（太平紳士）在復(fù)印件上簽字。
3. 遞交給IML評估機構(gòu)的所有資料都不會退回給申請人，所以在遞交申請時不要遞交只能出具一份的原件，例如學(xué)歷證書原件。
