7.測量員相關注冊的公證件；

8.測量員相關的會員的公證件；

9.$750.00澳元的銀行匯票bank draft（Andy提醒：建議去中國銀行）；

1.A completed Application Form;

2.Documentary evidence of your education qualifications;

3.Advice to SSSI that an English Language Test report is being sent directly to SSSI from the testing authority,or advice to the SSSI regarding the procedure to be used for onlion confirmation of your test results.

4.A summary of your professional experience,with detailed description of experience in any one or more of the core surveying areas such as topographic ,land,cadastral,geodetic or engineering surveying;

5.A summary of your contributions to the profession and documentary evidence of your continuing prodessional development activities during the past two years;

6.At least two written references from employers ,members of the profession,or if you are self-employed,from two professional colleagues-plus all referee contact details;

7.Documentary evidence of any licenses or registration held in surveying;

8.Documentary evidence of any professional society membership;

9.The required fee.
