信息與通信技術支持和測試工程師開發(fā)用于支持、創(chuàng)造、維護和管理技術質量保證流程和指導方針的程序策略和系統(tǒng)架構；調查分析并解決系統(tǒng)問題，性能問題；測 試系統(tǒng)運行狀況，系統(tǒng)功能和完整性 ICT SUPPORT AND TEST ENGINEERS develop procedures and strategies to support, create, maintain and manage technical quality assurance processes and guidelines and systems infrastructure, investigate, analyse and resolve system problems and performance issues, and test the behaviour, functionality and integrity of systems.
2632 信息與通信技術支持和測試工程師技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組中大多數職業(yè)都要求具有與學士學位或更高資格相當的技能水平。五年以上相關工作經驗和/或公司認證可以代替正規(guī)資格要求。某些情況下，除了要求有正規(guī)資格還要求有相關經驗和在職培訓經歷（ANZSCO 1級水平）。
Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
2632 信息與通信技術支持和測試工程師主要職責 Tasks Include -
• 安排、執(zhí)行質量審核，并評估系統(tǒng)數據和文檔 scheduling and conducting quality audit inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation
• 根據固定標準和程序發(fā)現潛在的風險和變化 identifying variations and potential high risk areas in securing adherence to standards and procedures
• 在檢測和審核過程中，針對不符合標準的事項提出糾正措施計劃和改進措施 recommending corrective action plans and improvements in the resolution of non-compliance with standards detected through monitoring and auditing of processes and procedures
• 與用戶及管理人員溝通，提供培訓，確保意識到并且遵守標準、程序、質量控制規(guī)范 communicating, educating and liaising with users and management to ensure awareness and adherence to standards, procedures and quality control issues and activities
• 協(xié)助排除故障、診斷、測試并解決系統(tǒng)問題 assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and resolving system problems and issues
• 開發(fā)、實施應用軟件和運行程序，并為用戶提供技術指導和培訓 developing, conducting and providing technical guidance and training in application software and operational procedures
