ANZSCO 2415 特殊教育教師技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組中大多數(shù)職業(yè)都要求具有與學(xué)士學(xué)位或更高資格相當(dāng)?shù)募寄芩健D承┣闆r下,除了要求有正規(guī)資格還要求有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和在職培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷(ANZSCO 1級水平)。需要注冊或許可證。 In Australia and New Zealand: Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1). Registration or licensing is required.
ANZSCO 2415 特殊教育教師主要職責(zé) Tasks Include
• 評估學(xué)生關(guān)于智力、體質(zhì)、社交和情緒障礙、異常智力水平或者語言文化障礙等方面的能力與局限 assessing students' abilities and limitations with regard to intellectual, physical, social and emotional disabilities, exceptional intellectual gifts, or specific problems of language and culture
• 計(jì)劃、組織并實(shí)施特殊教學(xué)項(xiàng)目,提供補(bǔ)救或高級教學(xué) planning, organising and implementing special programs to provide remedial or advanced tuition
• 負(fù)責(zé)各種形式的評估并解釋評估結(jié)果 administering various forms of assessment and interpreting the results
• 為聽覺、視覺障礙學(xué)生教授基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科及自助技能 teaching basic academic subjects, and practical and self-help skills to hearing and sight impaired students
• 設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)材料、方法,以協(xié)助訓(xùn)練和康復(fù) devising instructional materials, methods and aids to assist in training and rehabilitation
• 就特殊技巧的實(shí)用性和使用方法對家長和教師進(jìn)行討建議、教授和輔導(dǎo) advising, instructing and counselling parents and teachers on the availability and use of special techniques
• 激勵和開發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣、才能、動手能力以及協(xié)調(diào)性 stimulating and developing interests, abilities, manual skills and coordination
