ANZSCO 2342 化學師、美食美酒學家技能要求
• 該類別下的大多職位要求學士學位或更高學歷。有些情況下,除了正規(guī)學歷還要求相關工作經(jīng)驗或在職培訓。對于釀酒者,至少五年的工作經(jīng)驗可以代替正規(guī)資格。 Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification. In the case of Wine Makers, at least five years of experience may substitute for the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

• 測試食品的香味、顏色、結構及營養(yǎng)成分 testing food products for flavour, colour, taste, texture and nutritional content
• 提供關于食品保存、加工、包裝、貯存及運送的建議 advising on preserving, processing, packaging, storing and delivering foods
• 為食品生產(chǎn)制定質量管理程序和安全標準 developing quality control procedures and safety standards for the manufacture of food products
