農(nóng)作物耕作農(nóng)民計(jì)劃，組織，控制，協(xié)調(diào)和執(zhí)行農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)種植農(nóng)作物。CROP FARMERS plan, organise, control, coordinate and perform farming operations to grow crops.
技能要求 Indicative Skill Level:
• 大部分職業(yè)要求具有與學(xué)士學(xué)位或更高資格相當(dāng)?shù)募寄芩健Ｎ迥暌陨舷嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以代替正規(guī)資格要求。某些情況下，除了要求有正規(guī)資格還要求有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和在職培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷。（ANZSCO 1級(jí)水平） In Australia and New Zealand: Most occupations in this sub-major group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
主要職責(zé) Tasks Include：

- 組織和進(jìn)行農(nóng)事操作，如采集，存儲(chǔ)，分級(jí)和包裝產(chǎn)品，并組織銷售，購(gòu)買和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品寄發(fā)organising and conducting farming operations, such as collecting, storing, grading and packaging produce, and organising the sale, purchase and despatch of produce
