• 在澳洲:AQF大專文憑、高級(jí)文憑或文憑(ANZSCO技術(shù)2級(jí)) In Australia: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 在新西蘭:NZ登記證書(shū)(ANZSCO技術(shù)2級(jí)) In New Zealand: NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 至少3年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以取代上述的資格證書(shū)。有時(shí)除了資格證外,還需要相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和/或在職培訓(xùn)。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

• 確保辦公設(shè)備和物品的維護(hù)。ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained

• 確保遵守政府法律、政策和程序。ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
