ANZSCO 4111 救護主任和急救人員職責概述
• 提供緊急醫療服務，將傷者、病人和老年人送往醫療機構。AMBULANCE OFFICERS AND PARAMEDICS provide emergency health care and transport for injured, sick, infirm and aged persons to medical facilities.
ANZSCO 4111 救護主任和急救人員技能要求 Indicative 技術等級 Skill Level
• 本單元的大多數職位需要具有與下述資質和經驗相當的技術層次。Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below
• 在澳洲：AQF大專文憑、高級文憑或文憑（ANZSCO技術2級）In Australia: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 在新西蘭：NZ的登記證書（ANZSCO技術2級）In New Zealand: NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 至少3年的相關工作經驗可以取代上述的資格證書。有時除了資格證外，還需要相關的工作經驗和/或在職培訓。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

ANZSCO 4111 救護主任和急救人員主要職責 Tasks Include
• 進行事故救助、急救和請求的醫療救助。attending accidents, emergencies and requests for medical assistance
• 評估病人的健康狀況，確定需要的救助并評估影響病人健康的特別需求和因素。assessing health of patients, determining need for assistance, and assessing specialised needs and factors affecting patients' conditions
• 根據協議使用治療方法和管理藥物。performing therapies and administering drugs according to protocol
• 使用生命維持系統。resuscitating and defibrillating patients and operating life-support equipment
• 將事故受傷者送至醫療機構。transporting accident victims to medical facilities
• 運送需要特殊治療的病人和殘疾人。transporting sick and disabled persons to and from medical facilities for specialised treatment and rehabilitation
• 指導社區團體和基本的服務人員進行急救。instructing community groups and essential service workers in first aid
• 出席公共聚會和體育賽事。attending public gatherings and sporting events where accidents and other health emergencies may occur
• 確保救護車被充分維護，配有醫療設備和用品，且設備運轉良好。ensuring that ambulances are adequately maintained and stocked with medical supplies, and that equipment is in good working order
• 準備病人傷情和所用治療方案的書面報告。preparing written reports on the state of patients' injuries and treatment provided
