ANZSCO 3624 苗圃工作者技能要求 Indicative 技術等級 Skill Level
• 本單元的大多數職位需要具有與下述資質和經驗相當的技術層次。 Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below
• 在澳洲：AQF證書3級，包括至少2年的在職培訓或AQF證書IV級（ANZSCO技術3 級）In Australia: AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on- the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 在新西蘭：NNZ資格證4級（ANZSCO技術3級）In New Zealand: NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 至少3年的工作經驗可以代替上述的資格證。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
• 有時除了資格證外，還需要相關的工作經驗和/或在職培訓。In some instances relevant experience and /or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification
ANZSCO 3624 苗圃工作者主要職責 Tasks Include
• 準備盆栽基質和容器。preparing potting media and containers before planting
• 篩選種子、球根和插條，將其植入溫床、草地和盆內。selecting seeds, bulbs and cuttings, and planting them in beds, lawn areas and tubs
• 將營養材料用于根莖處。budding and grafting vegetative material onto root stock
• 人工澆水，并控制自動澆水系統。watering plants manually and controlling automatic watering operations
• 使用殺蟲劑控制蟲害、病害、野草、營養和環境導致的植物功能紊亂。 applying pesticides to control pests, diseases, weeds and nutritional and environmental plant disorders
• 記錄土壤混合物、種植花木、治療方式、損耗和生產量keeping records of soil mixtures, plantings, treatments, losses and yields
• 選擇植物并進行封裝。selecting plants and packaging them for presentation and delivery
• 建議客戶根據本地情況對植物進行料理advising customers on plant care and appropriate plants for local conditions
• 可能要計劃銷售區域和產品推銷。may plan sales area layouts and visual merchandise presentation
