experience outlined below
• 在澳洲:AQF證書3級,包括至少2年的在職培訓或AQF證書IV級(ANZSCO技術級 別 3)In Australia: AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on- the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

• 至少3年的工作經驗可以代替上述的資格證。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed

ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

• 準備填料。preparing pastry fillings
• 監控烤箱溫度和產品外觀,以確定烘烤時間。monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
• 進行面包等西點的塑性、裝載、烘焙、卸載、脫模和冷藏。 coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
