ANZSCO 3234 工具匠與工程制模師職責概述
• 工具制造工,工程制模師維修工具,模具,鉆模,卡具等其他精密儀器,設備.TOOLMAKERS AND ENGINEERING PATTERNMAKERS make and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and other precision parts and equipment to fine tolerances for machine tools and other production machinery, and construct full-size engineering, visual and experimental models and models for the manufacture of prototype developmental products.
ANZSCO 3234 工具匠與工程制模師技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本單元的大多數職位需要具有與下述資質和經驗相當的技術層次。Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below
• 在澳洲：AQF證書3級，包括至少2年的在職培訓或AQF證書IV級（ANZSCO技術3級）In Australia: AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 在新西蘭：NNZ資格證4級（ANZSCO技術3級）In New Zealand: NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 至少3年的工作經驗可以代替上述的資格證。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
• 有時除了資格證外，還需要相關的工作經驗和/或在職培訓。In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification
ANZSCO 3234 工具匠與工程制模師主要職責 Tasks Include
• 研究圖紙,規格以確定物品的規模與尺寸。 studying drawings and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of articles to be manufactured and models to be constructed
• 用不同儀表進行測量并對金屬原料與鑄件進行標記。measuring and marking out metal stock and castings using various gauges
• 使用機床對金屬和木材成品進行成形處理。shaping metal and wood stock using machine tools
• 檢查成品和最終模型的精度，使用精密測量儀器。checking accuracy of manufactured articles and finished patterns to fine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments
• 測試和修改成品。testing and modifying manufactured articles
• 應用保護涂層，為模型截面上漆。applying protective finishes to patterns and painting pattern sections to indicate method of assembly
• 重組模型截面，對半成品進行成形處理。assembling pattern sections and shaping work pieces to specified finish
• 給模具澆注材料，并分散模具外的材料；制作玻璃纖維織布和塑料樹脂的薄片。pouring and spreading materials into moulds and over models of patterns, and building laminations of fibreglass cloth and plastic resin to fabricate patterns
• 修理破損的模型，校正模型以彌補鑄件的瑕疵。repairing broken and damaged patterns and correcting patterns to compensate for defects in casting
• 為布局和檢查制造模板。constructing templates for layout and inspection
