ANZSCO 3223 結構鋼焊接技工職責概述
• 結構鋼焊接技工切割、定型、并修理鋼鐵結構的金屬部件、鍋爐、壓力容器及管道、船舶和其他容器。 STRUCTURAL STEEL AND WELDING TRADES WORKERS cut, shape, join and repair metal components of iron and steel structures, boilers, pressure vessels and pipes, ships and other vessels.
ANZSCO 3223 結構鋼焊接技工技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本職業需要如下條件：Most occupations in this minor group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
• 在澳大利亞： In Australia:
• AQF3級證書加2年以上在職培訓或AQF4級證書（ANZSCO 3級水平）。 AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 在新西蘭： In New Zealand:
• NZ4級注冊證書（ANZSCO 3級水平）。NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 三年以上相關經驗可以代替上方所示正規資格。某些情況下，除了要求有正規資格還要求有相關經驗和/或在職培訓經歷。需要注冊或許可證。 At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification. Registration or licensing may be required.
ANZSCO 3223 結構鋼焊接技工主要職責 Tasks Include
• 研究圖紙和說明書，以確定工作職責 studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements
• 篩選、清潔并準備金屬原料 selecting, cleaning and preparing metal stock
• 使用手動工具、氣體切割機和金屬切割機切割標記的金屬型材 cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines
• 用手工和機械工具，并通過加熱和錘擊的方塑造使金屬型材和彎曲鋼管 shaping and bending metal sections and pipes using hand and machine tools, and by heating and hammering
• 使用手工工具和測量儀器對零件的連接進行校準 aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments
• 使用各種焊接技術，用鉚釘、螺旋等放法連接部件 joining metal sections using various welding techniques, bolting and riveting
• 檢查焊縫寬度、滲透和精密度 examining welds for width of bead, penetration and precision
