ANZSCO 3222 板金技工技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本職業需要如下條件：Most occupations in this minor group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
• 在澳大利亞： In Australia:
• AQF3級證書加2年以上在職培訓或AQF4級證書（ANZSCO 3級水平）。 AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 在新西蘭： In New Zealand:
• NZ4級注冊證書（ANZSCO 3級水平）。NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
• 三年以上相關經驗可以代替上方所示正規資格。某些情況下，除了要求有正規資格還要求有相關經驗和/或在職培訓經歷。需要注冊或許可證。 At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification. Registration or licensing may be required.
ANZSCO 3222 板金技工主要職責 Tasks Include
• 研究圖紙和說明書，以確定工作職責、需要的材料和設備 studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine job, material and equipment requirements
• 選擇金屬原料，如不銹鋼、鍍鋅鐵、碳鋼、鋁、銅等，并檢查儀器及其他金屬原來的規格尺寸 selecting metal stock, such as stainless steel, galvanised iron, mild steel, aluminium and copper, and checking sizes, gauges and other dimensions of metal stock against specifications
• 使用模板、儀表及其他計量器具標出金屬材料的參照點和線條 marking out metal stock with reference points and lines, using templates, gauges and other measuring instruments
• 根據使用指南用手動及電動剪、切紙機切割金屬原料 cutting metal stock along guidelines using hand and power shears, guillotines and drills
• 使用折疊和彎曲機、壓路機、切割機和錘子切割定型成產品 shaping and forming cut metal stock into products using folding and bending machines, rollers, presses and hammers
• 通過鉚接、焊接、釬焊、銅焊和其他連接物等將組裝元件為成品 fitting and assembling components into final products by welding, riveting, soldering, brazing and otherwise joining
• 用拋光整理、銼削、打磨和清潔，對產品進行精加工 finishing products by polishing, filing, sanding and cleaning assembled products
• 可能修復損壞的鈑金產品和零件 may repair damaged sheetmetal products and components
• 可能專門從事制造、或現場組裝和安裝鈑金產品 may specialise in fabrication, or on-site assembly and installation, of sheetmetal products
