ANZSCO 3131 ICT技術支持人員職責概述
• ICT技術支持人員提供計算機基礎設施和網絡技術，診斷和解決技術問題的部署。ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIANS provide support for the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and web technology and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.
ANZSCO 3131 ICT技術支持人員技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 這個組里的大部分職業需要與下列大綱所列的資歷和經驗同等的技能 Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
• 在澳大利亞 In Australia:
• 澳大利亞學歷資格體系相關學位，高級文憑或者技能水平2級文憑 AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 在新西蘭 In New Zealand:
• 新西蘭技能水平2級注冊文憑 NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 至少3年以上相關工作經驗可能代替上面列舉的正式資格證書。在某些情況下，除了正式的資格證書外，相關經驗或在職培訓也是需要的。需要必要的登記和注冊。 At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
ANZSCO 3131 ICT技術支持人員主要職責 Tasks Include
