ANZSCO 3111 農業(yè)技師進行職責概述

ANZSCO 3111 農業(yè)技師的技術要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組中的大多數(shù)職業(yè)有與如下資歷相當?shù)募寄芩健ost occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
• 澳大利亞學歷資格框架 大專學歷，高級大專 或 （ANZSCO 2級水平） In Australia:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 新西蘭注冊證書（ANZSCO 2級水平） In New Zealand:NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 至少3年的工作經(jīng)驗才能代替上述基本資格要求。在某些情況下，還需要相關工作經(jīng)驗和/或在職培訓補充上述基本資格要求。At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
ANZSCO 3111 農業(yè)技師主要職責 Tasks Include
• 通過檢測農田的地形、物理和土壤特性來確定它的最有效用處和識別是否營養(yǎng)不足 examining topographical, physical and soil characteristics of farmland to determine its most effective use and identify nutrient deficiencies
• 協(xié)助制定種植、施肥、收割和處理作物的新方法，達到最有效地利用土地 assisting in developing new methods of planting, fertilising, harvesting and processing crops to achieve optimum land usage
• 識別對作物和牲畜有害的病原微生物、昆蟲、寄生蟲、真菌和雜草，并協(xié)助設計控制方法 identifying pathogenic micro-organisms and insects, parasites, fungi and weeds harmful to crops and livestock, and assisting in devising methods of control
• 分析農產(chǎn)品，確定和保持質量標準 analysing produce to set and maintain standards of quality
• 檢測牲畜，測量飼料配方的效力 inspecting livestock to gauge the effectiveness of feed formulae
• 協(xié)助控制繁殖實驗，發(fā)展改良的作物和牲畜品種 assisting in controlled breeding experiments to develop improved crop and livestock strains
• 向農民和農場主經(jīng)理提供藥品、疫苗和其他化學品，并指導他們使用 arranging the supply of drugs, vaccines and other chemicals to Farmers and Farm Managers, and giving advice on their use
• 收集和校對研究數(shù)據(jù) collecting and collating data for research
• 規(guī)劃屠宰、收割和其他生產(chǎn)程序 planning slaughtering, harvesting and other aspects of production processes
• 給農業(yè)工人提出農業(yè)技術和管理方面的建議 may advise producers on farming techniques and management
