UNIT GROUP 2611 ICT業務和系統分析員 ICT Business and Systems Analysts
• ICT 業務和系統分析員與客戶商討確定系統需求，開發系統和制作文檔，評估現有系統，并修改系統以迎合客戶的業務需求。非信息與通信技術業務分析員（比如管理顧問）不包含在此職業組以內。非信息與通信技術經營分析員屬于2247組：管理與機構分析員。
ICT BUSINESS AND SYSTEMS ANALYSTS work with users to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify systems to meet users' business needs. Non-ICT Business Analysts (for example, Management Consultants) are excluded from this unit group. Non-ICT Business Analysts are included in Unit Group 2247 Management and Organisation Analysts.
技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組中大多數職業都要求具有與學士學位或更高資格相當的技能水平。五年以上相關工作經驗和/或公司認證可以代替正規資格要求。某些情況下，除了要求有正規資格還要求有相關經驗和在職培訓經歷（ANZSCO 1級水平）。
Most occupations in this sub-major group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
主要職責 Tasks Include
• 與用戶商討，記錄客戶的業務需求 working with users to formulate and document business requirements
• 分析業務流程、程序，并進行工作實踐 identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices
• 評估現有系統的低效性，提出更加優化的業務解決方案 identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
• 運用項目管理方法論、原則和技術，為成本、資源和項目制定計劃 using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
• 部署功能解決方案并執行系統測試方案，以確保系統的質量和完整性 taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
• 制作用戶培訓文檔，并負責正式的培訓課程 creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes
• 為系統開發員開發功能規格 developing functional specifications for use by system developers
• 使用數據和過程建模技術，為系統軟件的設計和開發創造清晰的規范 using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
• 為系統項目決策提供指導和協助 acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
