ANZSCO 2244 情報與政策分析師職責概述
• 情報與政策分析師收集，分析信息與數據，錄制情報，制定分析政策，為政府，商業機構等提供方案設計，修改等建議 INTELLIGENCE AND POLICY ANALYSTS collect and analyse information and data to produce intelligence and to develop and analyse policies guiding the design, implementation and modification of government and commercial operations and programs.
ANZSCO 2244 情報與政策分析師技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 在澳大利亞和新西蘭 In Australia and New Zealand:
• 這一類別大多數職業要求有本科或更高學位。至少5年的相關工作經驗可以取代正式的學歷要求。在一些情況下，除了正式的學歷要求，同樣需要相關的工作經驗和 /或在職培訓經歷（ANZSCO 1級水平）。Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 2244 情報與政策分析師主要職責 Tasks Include
• 確定組織，客戶情報需求 determining organisational and client intelligence requirements
• 組織，收集，分析數據，完善如電子監視等情報信息 organising, collecting, collating and analysing data, and developing intelligence information such as electronic surveillance
• 通過簡報，圖片，報告，其他途徑實現情報的編譯與傳送 compiling and disseminating intelligence information using briefings, maps, charts, reports and other methods
• 確定搜集數據的可靠真實性 ascertaining the accuracy of data collected and reliability of sources
• 進行危險，風險評估和響應 conducting threat and risk assessments and developing responses
• 與程序負責人等其他相關群體聯絡，以確定政策需要 liaising and consulting with program administrators and other interested parties to identify policy needs
• 回顧已存在政策與立法，識別異常，過時條款 reviewing existing policies and legislation to identify anomalies and out-of-date provisions
• 調查社會，經濟，工業趨勢，提供客戶期望的服務與項目 researching social, economic and industrial trends, and client expectations of programs and services provided
• 分析政策，準備政策選項，根據政策變化編寫簡報，并就首選方案提供咨詢意見。 formulating and analysing policy options, preparing briefing papers and recommendations for policy changes, and advising on preferred options
• 評估項目和管理可行性政策相互影響和財政問題 assessing impacts, financial implications, interactions with other programs and political and administrative feasibility of policies
