ANZSCO 2233 培訓開發經理職責概述
• 培訓開發經理計劃，評估培訓，發展方案以確保員工管理與技能完善以滿足組織目標 EVELOPMENT PROFESSIONALS plan, develop, implement and evaluate training and development programs to ensure management and staff acquire the skills and develop the competencies equired by organisations to meet organisational objectives.
ANZSCO 2233 培訓開發經理技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 此類別職業需要本科或更高學位。至少5年的相關工作經驗可以取代正式的學歷要求；在一些情況下，除了正式的學歷，還要求相關的工作經驗和在職培訓經歷。(ANZSCO 技能一級)Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 2233 培訓開發經理主要職責 Tasks Include
• 確定個人與組織培訓要求 identifying training needs and requirements of individuals and organisations
• 建立人力資源發展目標，評估學習成果 setting human resource development objectives and evaluating learning outcomes
• 準備和開發培訓教材和教具如教科書，網上視頻材料，演示樣本，培訓文件材料 preparing and developing instructional training material and aids such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting training reference documentation
• 設計，協調，安排ICT培訓的日程計劃，以個人或團體的形式開發方案，并協辦會議等 designing, coordinating, scheduling and conducting ICT training and development programs that can be delivered in the form of individual and group instruction, and facilitating workshops, meetings, demonstrations and conferences
• 與外部培訓機構進行聯絡，安排具體的培訓和發展方案 liaising with external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and development programs
• 促進內外部培訓和發展，并評估這些宣傳活動 promoting internal and external training and development, and evaluating these promotional activities
• 監視，執行培訓質量與有效性的評估，回顧，修改培訓目標，方法，課程 monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness, and reviewing and modifying training objectives, methods and course deliverables
• 聚集，調查，研究背景資料以了解各種題材和系統 gathering, investigating and researching background materials to gain an understanding of various subject matters and systems
• 建議管理人員配置，為員工提供職業咨詢 advising management on the development and placement of staff, and providing career counselling for employees
