ANZSCO 2232 ICT 培訓師職責概述
• ICT 培訓師分析，評估信息基礎系統培訓的需要與目標，發展時間表，進行ICT-基礎系統培訓項目與課程。ICT TRAINERS analyse and evaluate information-based system training needs and objectives, and develop schedule and conduct ICT-based system training programs and courses.
ANZSCO 2232 ICT 培訓師技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 在澳大利亞和新西蘭：In Australia and New Zealand:
• 此類別職業需要本科或更高學位。至少5年的相關工作經驗可以取代正式的學歷要求；在一些情況下，除了正式的學歷，還要求相關的工作經驗和在職培訓經歷。(ANZSCO 技能一級)Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 2232 ICT 培訓師主要職責 Tasks Include
• 確定個體，團體的技術訓練需求 identifying technical training needs and requirements of individuals and organisations
• 設定人力資源發展目標，評估學習成果 setting human resource development objectives and evaluating learning outcomes
• 準備和開發培訓教材和教具如教科書，網上視頻材料，演示樣本，培訓文件材料 preparing and developing instructional training material and aids such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting training reference documentation
• 設計，協調，安排ICT培訓的日程計劃，以個人或團體的形式開發方案，并協辦會議等 designing, coordinating, scheduling and conducting ICT training and development programs that can be delivered in the form of individual and group instruction, and facilitating workshops, meetings, demonstrations and conferences
• 與外部培訓機構進行聯絡，安排具體的培訓和發展方案 liaising with external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and development programs
• 促進內外部培訓和發展，并評估這些宣傳活動 promoting internal and external training and development, and evaluating these promotional activities
• 監視，執行培訓質量與有效性的評估，回顧，修改培訓目標，方法，課程 monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness, and reviewing and modifying training objectives, methods and course deliverables
• 聚集，調查，研究背景資料以完全理解ICT主題與系統 gathering, investigating and researching background materials to gain a full understanding of the ICT subject matter and systems
• 與新產品版本發布同步，改進程序設計語言，軟件應用，基礎信息技術 keeping up-to-date with new product version releases, advances in programming languages, application development software, and general information technology trends
• 書寫終端用戶產品，材料如用戶培訓，個別指導，說明書，在線協助，操作與維護說明 writing end user products and materials such as user training, tutorial and instruction manuals, online help, and operating and maintenance instructions
