ANZSCO 2231 人力資源專員技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 此類別職業需要本科或更高學位。至少5年的相關工作經驗可以取代正式的學歷要求;在一些情況下,除了正式的學歷,還要求相關的工作經驗和在職培訓經歷。 Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

• 討論雇傭周期與條件,檢查與解決糾紛 undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances
• 研究,解釋法規,集體協議,聘約,工資支付系統,沖突解決程序 studying and interpreting legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures
• 規劃企業協議,集體合同如工資調整程序,車間關系政策,政策執行過程 developing, planning and formulating enterprise agreements or collective contracts such as productivity-based wage adjustment procedures, workplace relations policies and programs, and procedures for their implementation
• 監控工作場所咨詢委員會與雇員參與積極性的形成與發展 overseeing the formation and conduct of workplace consultative committees and employee participation initiatives
