職責(zé)概述
• 運(yùn)輸服務(wù)經(jīng)理組織和控制車(chē)輛的購(gòu)買(mǎi)和銷(xiāo)售出租機(jī)構(gòu)和協(xié)調(diào)車(chē)輛，車(chē)站的運(yùn)作，而且運(yùn)作的車(chē)隊(duì)運(yùn)輸貨物和乘客企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)租賃。TRANSPORT SERVICES MANAGERS organise and control the buying and selling of vehicles for rental agencies and coordinate the leasing of vehicles, the operations of railway stations, and the operations of enterprises that operate fleets of vehicles to transport goods and passengers.

主要職責(zé) Tasks Include
- 組織運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛，設(shè)備和燃料的采購(gòu)和維護(hù)organising the purchase and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel
- 與客戶(hù)保持聯(lián)系，以確定需求和為客戶(hù)提供咨詢(xún)和有關(guān)車(chē)輛類(lèi)型，購(gòu)買(mǎi)或租用率和義務(wù)的信息和處理投訴liaising with clients to determine requirements and providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicle type, purchase or hire rates and obligations and handling complaints
- 接收訂單和預(yù)訂，以及規(guī)劃和實(shí)施交通時(shí)刻表receiving orders and bookings, and planning and implementing transportation schedules
- 確保貨物的儲(chǔ)存和運(yùn)輸?shù)臈l件下，將保持其質(zhì)量ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality
- 安排收集和運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛和貨物arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods
- 保持業(yè)務(wù)記錄和準(zhǔn)備運(yùn)行報(bào)表及報(bào)告maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and reports
- 與進(jìn)場(chǎng)，離場(chǎng)，裝載和火車(chē)裝卸相關(guān)的協(xié)調(diào)活動(dòng)coordinating activities associated with the arrival, departure, loading and unloading of trains
- 確保遵守職業(yè)健康和安全法規(guī)ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
