• 為潛在客戶推薦會議和貿易展覽 promoting conferences, conventions and trade shows to potential customers
• 提供房屋花費、租用設備、餐飲及相關服務的服務提供和花費問題的解答 responding to inquiries concerning services provided and costs for room and equipment hire, • catering and related services
• 討論并滿足客戶需求 meeting with clients to discuss their needs and outlining package options to meet these needs
• 為與會者安排和協調會議設施、餐飲、標志、顯示器、視聽設備、住宿、運輸、社交活動等服務 arranging and coordinating services, such as conference facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, accommodation, transport and social events, for participants
• 組織成員注冊 organising registration of participants
• 在預算成本內，協調服務的類型與花費 negotiating the type and costs of services to be provided within budget
• 監督承包商，匯報工作程序的變化 overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
