保持庫存水平和金融交易的記錄maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
確保餐飲設(shè)施符合衛(wèi)生法規(guī)和干凈的適合外觀和功能ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
與客戶商談以評(píng)估自己對(duì)飯菜和服務(wù)的滿意程度conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
選拔,培訓(xùn)和督導(dǎo)等待和廚房工作人員selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
可能需要預(yù)訂,迎接客人并協(xié)助采取訂單may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
