ANZSCO 1325 研發(fā)經(jīng)理職責(zé)概述
• 研發(fā)經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)企劃、組織、指導(dǎo)、控制與協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)的研發(fā)活動(dòng)。 RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate research and development activities within organisations.
ANZSCO 1325 研發(fā)經(jīng)理技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組大多數(shù)職業(yè)應(yīng)該與學(xué)士等級或更高資格水平相當(dāng)。最少五年相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)也可以替代正式資格。某些情況下相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或在職培訓(xùn)附加正式資格證也是需要的。（ANZSCO 1級水平）
Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 1325 研發(fā)經(jīng)理主要職責(zé) Tasks Include
• 決定、執(zhí)行并監(jiān)控研發(fā)策略、政策與規(guī)劃 determining, implementing and monitoring research and development strategies, policies and plans
• 把研究項(xiàng)目的制定和實(shí)施作為優(yōu)先處理目標(biāo)，以支持商業(yè)與政策發(fā)展 developing and implementing research projects, priorities and targets to support commercial and policy Developments
• 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重大研究項(xiàng)目，并協(xié)調(diào)其他研究人員的活動(dòng) leading major research projects and coordinating activities of other research workers
• 評價(jià)收益，監(jiān)控研發(fā)活動(dòng)的花費(fèi)與效益 assessing the benefits and monitoring the costs and effectiveness of research and development activities
• 解釋研究項(xiàng)目的結(jié)果，并對相關(guān)產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)新提供建議 interpreting results of research projects and recommending associated product and service development Innovations
• 為部門提供可以選擇的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目建議 providing advice on research and development options available to the organization
• 監(jiān)測相關(guān)學(xué)科的前沿動(dòng)態(tài)并評估它們的影響 monitoring leading-edge developments in relevant disciplines and assessing implications for the Organization
• 公布重大研究項(xiàng)目的結(jié)果 may publish results of significant research projects
