• 發展、執行和監測戰略規劃、方案、政策、流程、系統、程序以實現目標和工作標準developing, implementing and monitoring strategic plans, programs, policies, processes, systems and procedures to achieve goals, objectives and work standards
• 開展、實施、管理和參與政策研究與分析 developing, implementing, administering and participating in policy research and analysis
• 協調政策與實踐的實施 coordinating the implementation of policies and practices
• 建立活動措施和問責制的衡量標準 establishing activity measures and measurements of accountability
• 監督和參與政策文件和報告的制定過程 overseeing and participating in the development of policy documents and reports
