ANZSCO 1323 人力資源經理技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組中大多數職業都要求具有與學士學位或更高資格相當的技能水平。五年以上相關工作經驗可以代替正規資格要求。某些情況下,除了要求有正規資格還要求有相關經驗和在職培訓經歷。(ANZSCO 1級水平)In Australia and New Zealand: Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 1323 人力資源經理主要職責 Tasks Include
• 確定、實施、監控、檢查、評估人力資源管理策略、政策和計劃以滿足業務需求 determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating human resource management strategies, policies and plans to meet business needs
• 協助其他經理進行合理的招聘與選拔、培訓發展計劃 advising and assisting other Managers in applying sound recruitment and selection practices, and appropriate induction, training and development programs
• 開發實施績效管理系統,用于評價和提高個人與團隊的表現 developing and implementing performance management systems to plan, appraise and improve individual and team performance
• 代表組織與工會和員工談判,以確定薪酬和其他就業條件 representing the organisation in negotiations with unions and employees to determine remuneration and other conditions of employment
• 制定和實施職業健康和安全計劃和平等就業機會的計劃,并確保遵守相關法規的要求developing and implementing occupational health and safety programs and equal employment opportunity programs, and ensuring compliance with related statutory requirements
• 監督裁員與其他的從業人員精簡政策 overseeing the application of redundancy and other employee retrenchment policies
• 監督雇傭成本與生產力水平 monitoring employment costs and productivity levels
