• 財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)企劃、組織、指導(dǎo)、控制與協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)的財(cái)務(wù)與會(huì)計(jì)活動(dòng)。 FINANCE MANAGERS plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the financial and accounting activities within organisations.
ANZSCO 1322 財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 本組中大多數(shù)職業(yè)都要求具有與學(xué)士學(xué)位或更高資格相當(dāng)?shù)募寄芩健Ｎ迥暌陨舷嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以代替正規(guī)資格要求。某些情況下，除了要求有正規(guī)資格還要求有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和在職培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷。（ANZSCO 1級(jí)水平） In Australia and New Zealand: Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
ANZSCO 1322 財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理主要職責(zé) Tasks Include
• 與其他經(jīng)理磋商來制定、實(shí)施、監(jiān)測(cè)、審查和評(píng)估預(yù)算和會(huì)計(jì)策略 determining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans in consultation with other Managers
• 對(duì)經(jīng)營業(yè)績(jī)和資金需求提供金融信息和相關(guān)問題的解釋 providing financial information and interpreting the implications for business performance and funding Needs
• 協(xié)調(diào)財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)、執(zhí)行與監(jiān)控 coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of accounting systems
• 指導(dǎo)編制財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告、預(yù)測(cè)總結(jié)部門財(cái)政狀況， 如收入報(bào)表、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、未來的收益和收入分析預(yù)測(cè)directing the preparation of financial reports summarising and forecasting the organisation's financial position such as income statements, balance sheets and analyses of future earnings and income
• 評(píng)估資本融資的建議和經(jīng)營項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)狀況 assessing capital finance proposals and the financial status of operational projects
• 就投資策略、資金來源和收益分配提出建議 advising on investment strategies, sources of funds and the distribution of earnings
• 提供長(zhǎng)期的盈利預(yù)測(cè)、預(yù)算和財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表 delivering long range profit forecasts, budgeting and financial reporting
• 遵守財(cái)政立法和標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ensuring compliance with financial legislation and standards
