農作物耕作農民計劃，組織，控制，協調和執行農業經營種植農作物。CROP FARMERS plan, organise, control, coordinate and perform farming operations to grow crops.
技能要求 Indicative Skill Level:
• 大部分職業要求具有與學士學位或更高資格相當的技能水平。五年以上相關工作經驗可以代替正規資格要求。某些情況下，除了要求有正規資格還要求有相關經驗和在職培訓經歷。（ANZSCO 1級水平） In Australia and New Zealand: Most occupations in this sub-major group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
主要職責 Tasks Include：
