ANZSCO 1111 首席執(zhí)行官和董事職責概述
• 首席執(zhí)行官與管理人負責決定、規(guī)劃、檢查組織的總方針和總方向，確保它們在董事會和理事機構(gòu)的調(diào)控下。CHIEF EXECUTIVES AND MANAGING DIRECTORS determine, formulate and review the general policy programs and the overall direction of organisations within the framework established by boards of directors and similar governing bodies.
ANZSCO 1111 首席執(zhí)行官和董事技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 大部分職業(yè)要求具有與學士學位或更高資格相當?shù)募寄芩健Ｎ迥暌陨舷嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗可以代替正規(guī)資格要求。某些情況下，除了要求有正規(guī)資格還要求有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗和在職培訓經(jīng)歷。（ANZSCO 1級水平） In Australia and New Zealand: Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

• 與高級下屬人員交流，檢查推薦信與報告 consulting with senior subordinate staff and reviewing recommendations and reports
• 準備或安排編寫報告、預(yù)算方案并將其提交給理事會 preparing, or arranging for the preparation of, reports, budgets and forecasts and presenting them to governing bodies
• 代表組織出席官方場合、談判、例會、研討會、公開聽證會和論壇，并在責任區(qū)內(nèi)進行聯(lián)絡(luò)。 representing the organisation at official occasions, in negotiations, at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and liaising between areas of responsibility
• 選拔并任命高級職員 selecting, or approving the selection of senior staff
• 確定團體遵守公司法和其他有關(guān)的立法 ensuring the organisation complies with company laws and other relevant legislation
