肉類檢查員對動物的屠體，內臟及肉類加工裝置進行檢測，以保證符合政府和行業的質量健康標準。Inspects animal carcasses, internal organs and meat processing facilities for disease to ensure compliance with government and industry standards with respect to quality and health. Previously referred to in ASCO as: 3991-11 Primary Products Inspector.
